America the Messy Yard Police StateCall the messy yard cops on Tempe and Phoenix!!!!Lately I have been hiking home by walking thru Tempe’s Papago Park, Tempe’s Canal Park, Tempe’s Woman’s Club Park, and the Tempe’s Johnny G. Martinez Water Treatment Plant, the Arizona Historical Society, and a green belt between the Arizona Historical Society and Tempe’s Papago Park.And man there are enough messy yard violations to send every Tempe City ruler to jail for the rest of their lives. All of the areas are full of trash, dead plants, dead cactuses, dead trees. Fences that are falling apart or falling down. And many other messy yard violations. The green belt has lots of standing water that mosquitoes can breed in, which I am sure is a Maricopa County health code violation. I have also hiked around in Phoenix Papago Park, the Phoenix Zoo, and desert around that area and there are also tons of messy yard violations in those areas too. I should demand that they have 100% complaince with the messy yard laws cuz they stole my home! |
